Ticket Cancellation Policy
1. General Policy
- Cancellation requests can only be made through the MNBus website or mobile application using your registered account.
- Cancellations are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective bus operator, event organizer, or service provider.
- MNBus.com acts as an intermediary and cannot override or alter the operator’s cancellation terms.
2. Cancellation Charges
- Each operator or service provider maintains its own cancellation timeline and charge percentage. These details are displayed during the booking process and are applicable at the time of cancellation.
- MNBus.com may charge an additional service or convenience fee for processing cancellations.
- If the operator’s cancellation window has expired, no refund will be issued.
3. How to Cancel
- Log in to your MNBus account and go to the “My Bookings” section.
- Select the booking you wish to cancel.
- Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation process.
- You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation of your cancellation status.
